How do I get on the citi card web site using internet explorer?
ByWould like to download my statements for printing, but can not get on the web site using internet explorer. Get this errror message. I m sorry. One of the characters you entered is not allowed by the system for security reasons. For your protection, your request has been stopped. You may try this request again or try another one by selecting one of the options displayed. There are no options displayed one the page, and I called their techs in India and they said there is no problem with there web site.

First DO NOT follow a link provided to you via this medium, an email or from any source other than your bank. (or a search engine) A disreputable person could easily spoof their website and the link you would follow would encourage you to give all of your info. This is a major financial threat.
I went to Google and typed “citi card” into the search box. The top link is for the citicard website. Login from there. By the way, it does require flash to work properly.
